RNA-Seq studies
I have been working on a project which utilizes RNA-Seq technology to understand poxvirus gene expression pattern in the host cells. Poxviruses express their gene in a temporal fashion. Gaining inshight in to the gene expression pattern helps in rational design of poxviral vector.
