I am Lok Raj Joshi, PhD candidate in Diel Lab, Department of Population Medicine and Diagnostic Science, Cornell University. I have experience working with virus pathogensis,viral diagnostic assay and vectored-vaccine developement. I have deep interest in next-generation sequencing and genomic data analysis.
